Replaced my running boards after 10 years. I had a lifetime warranty and did not know it. Brady the owner told me he had bad news and good news. Bad news , couldn’t be fixed. Good news, had a lifetime warranty. Stand up owner and business.

My first and only experience with them as it's been a nightmare dealing with them. My truck was brought there by Navarre service to have Twisted look into reinstalling the leveling kit, as the previous owner had did a shoddy job. Twisted has had it since at least Feb 18, 2026. First they were backed up and needing to wait for their queue to clear before looking at it, this took about a week. They first said they expected it to be done by March 2, that came and went and then they said later that week. Then Friday comes and they said they had to order a part and it'll be the next week. Last I heard today (March 19) they now just needed to do an alignment and should have it done today, but as I'm writing this past their closing time obviously that won't happen. It's ridiculous to keep pushing back the dates multiple times, seems like there's some sort of mismanagement there and I feel like there's more issues they either found or caused and aren't telling us. Really just not impressed with a over 3 week wait for a leveling kit install. I didn't have a choice to pick who did it as Navarre brings their work to them, but I'm definitely steering clear of Twisted in the future.

What a great company. When others didn’t have the part or wouldn’t take our calls, this company not only took our call, but took us in as soon as we could get there. We were traveling back home and needed a weight distribution system installed to travel safely. They were having a Christmas party but still worked with us. We didn’t know they were done for the day. They made us feel like family and fully took care of us. Could not be happier with the work they did. Would highly recommend! Thank you soo much for your help! We made it safely back home.

I worked with Brady, the owner, and the entire experience was excellent from the moment I walked in to the moment my Tacoma was finished. I came in with shocks I had already purchased & wanted to explore options for wheels and a slightly larger tire. Brady took the time to understand what I was trying to achieve and how I use the truck daily. All of His recommendations were spot-on, the pricing was more than fair, and the work was done on timely manner. The end results exceeded my expectations in every category! I’m extremely satisfied and highly recommend Twisted Off-Road.

I’ll give Twisted a 5* due to the fact that all business was handled over the phone and in a professional way and the service was great. I dropped the truck off before hours and the bed cover was installed. Upon pickup the tech came out to show proper functions and showed me how to make adjustments if needed down the road. Great group of people! Oh it even has a light!!
